Suzhou Flexlight Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. – The Frank team is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and global sales of high-end flexographic plate‑making equipment. With over two decades of deep involvement in the flexo industry, we provide worldwide customers with comprehensive solutions for standardised, intelligent, and high‑performance flexo plate‑making.
Our founder, with more than 20 years of industry experience, identified key pain points: domestic equipment often suffers from insufficient stability and consistency, failing to meet high‑end printing requirements, while imported machinery carries high acquisition costs and limited intelligent capabilities. With the rapid growth of green packaging and high‑end label flexo printing, the market urgently demands plate‑making equipment that offers high stability, high intelligence, and exceptional cost‑effectiveness.
Dr. Zhu Bo, a postdoctoral researcher (formerly at the Fritz‑Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society, Germany), serves as our Chief R&D Engineer. In 2022, he spearheaded the AESX exposure unit project, culminating in three years of R&D that broke through industry technical bottlenecks. The equipment has undergone rigorous validation through mass production of tens of thousands of square metres of plates at domestic plate‑making facilities, followed by on‑press printing tests, earning wide recognition from customers. It is now exported to international markets including the Middle East, Vietnam, and Thailand.
